Free shipping for items applies to the contiguous United States only. Extra shipping charges will be incurred for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please Contact Us if you have any questions, or if you would like a quote for the extra shipping charges to your destination.

AIRSOFT GUNS:
Consumers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase an Airsoft gun and use an Airsoft gun. A permanent blaze orange marking at the front end of all Airsoft products is a federal requirement for product distinction, and all of our products comply with this law. Any modification to this orange marking is against the law.
AIRSOFT GUN PACKS:
The Airsoft assorted gun packs are subject to change without notice. The changes will only occur when we are out of a particular gun, and the replacement gun will be of equal or greater value. Also, when the packs change, we immediately update the picture and description of the website to reflect the changes.
AIRSOFT GUN WARRANTY:
We offer a 3 day Warranty for factory defects. Buyer pays shipping to return the defective product. We cannot offer an extended warranty on any airsoft products because there are too many factors that could cause damage to the guns. The main causes for damage to airsoft guns are the use of poor quality BB’s and paintballs, under age users, or simply that the gun was dropped by the end user. In the event that you do receive a gun that is a factory defect please call 757-962-2819 (James McCreary) within 3 days of recieving the product. If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.
TOYS:
All toys are guaranteed to work when opened. There is no extended warranty on any toys or RC products. If you receive a defective toy please call 757-962-2819 (James McCreary) or email [email protected] to obtain a RA# . If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.
